Description

The work to be performed under this contract involves the construction of a new lift station to be located at the FEMA Complex in Thomasville, GA. Currently, the FEMA complex has a sewage tie-in to the adjacent property�s (Southwest State Hospital Campus) privately owned lift station, which also happens to serve a nearby juvenile detention center. A new lift station is to be established on Government property that shall tie into the city/county sewer main. In addition to the new lift station and required service lines, a new gas line shall be installed to serve the FEMA complex as well. The Contractor shall follow the provided A/E Design Firm Contract drawings and specifications for all work on this project. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision to accomplish tasks as outlined in the contract documents. Materials, supplies and equipment used shall be commercially available products of reputable manufacturer or suppliers. All work/materials shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
