Description

Amendment 001-Q&A and extend the response date to 04/13/2023.� Amendment 002-Extend the due date to 04/18/2023. Solicitation No.75H70723Q00055 is hereby being issued by the Albuquerque Area Office, Indian Health Services (IHS), who has a requirement for Cloud Based MSDS/Chemistry Inventory Management Services Hospital Laundry Services for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico. CASCADING SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47 as the first tier. If IHS does not receive at least two offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF's, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 4-tier cascading set-aside: 2nd Tier: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses 3rd Tier: Certified HubZone Small Businesses 4th Tier: Small Disadvantage Businesses 5th Tier: All other Small Business Concerns The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518210 with a small business size standard of $40M. SOLICITATION REFERENCE: In accordance with FAR 15.201 exchanges with Industry before receipt of proposals, reference Solicitation No.75H70723Q00055 when requesting information regarding the Solicitation via email to shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov. All responses to this Solicitation is due no later than April 18, 2023 5:00 pm MDT.� Interested offers must submit any questions concerning the Solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond and must be submitted by email.
