Description: The requirement is for Fort Bragg. We are SEEKING SOURCES. These UESC will minimize energy consumption and costs while meeting operation and mission requirements with potential energy and water saving projects include lighting upgrade, PV solar arrays, utility monitoring control system (UMCS) upgrades, heating ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) upgrades, central energy savings initiatives.
