Sources Sought Notice FORT DRUM PROJECTS � THREE SEPARATE SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ISSUED Category: Y �Construction of Structures and Facilities�Potential Sources Sought Date Published: April 12, 2023 Contact: 174 Attack Wing/Contracting, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB), 6001 E Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211, POC: Ashley Pace, ashley.a.pace4.civ@army.mil Synopsis: W50S8N23B0001 - FFBB142001 - Construct Operations Space and Mobile Ground Control Station (MGCS) Shelter, includes pre-engineered insulated metal building on concrete slab, with overhead door, HVAC system, and connections for portable generator within a fenced area. W50S8N23B0002 - FFBB162001 - Construct MQ-9 Shops Flight Training Unit, includes pre-engineered, insulated metal building on concrete slab with HVAC and fire protection systems. W50S8N23B0003 - FFBB162002 - Construct MQ-9 Shops Launch and Recovery Element, includes pre-engineered, insulated metal building on concrete slab with HVAC and fire protection systems. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Hancock Field ANGB intends to issue three solicitations for structures located at the Wheeler Sacks Army Airfield, Fort Drum, NY. The magnitude of each project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 19 Apr 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (add link to form) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: Ashley.a.pace4.civ@army.mil and Richard.accardi.1@us.af.mil. Include the following in the subject line ""Sources Sought W50S8N23B0001, 0002, 0003"". No facsimile responses will be honored.
