(ABOA):N/A Space Type:Parking Parking Spaces (Total):49 Parking Spaces (Surface):49 Parking Spaces (Structured):00 Parking Spaces (Reserved):49 Full Term:5 years Firm Term:N/A Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:The parking must be located within 2 blocks of the MLK Building & U.S. Courthouse, Newark, NJ 07102 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
