- Description
- The Defense Health Agency uses T-Metrics across all sites (Air Force, Navy & Army) as a unified call tree data metric system. No other software will unify the metric results with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) market. T-metrics is used to create a call tree for the 96 MDG appointment line. It tracks call data to include: time in queue, calls per hour, time on call, dropped calls, and more to analyze the 96 MDG patient service and compare to the DHA market. The services provided for maintenance of the server and software are necessary to keep the appointment line at the 96 MDG operational. The supplies are necessary to create a local set up of the T-metrics software. There is no market server to use so each site must have their own server to create a call tree/appointment line. IAW Air Force Instruction 44-176 and IAW Infrastructure Directorate (IE) MFR Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Approved Products List (APL) approval of the T-Metrics Inc. TM-2000 Consolidated Answering System (CAS) Release (Rel.) 6.0 Tracking Number (TN) 1705802 as a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). DoDIN APL approval of the T-Metrics Inc. TM-2000 CAS Rel. 6.0 TN 1705802 as a CPE has been granted. The Risk ManagementExecutive (RME) recommended DoDIN APL placement on 27 October 2017 based on the Cybersecurity (CS) testing completedby the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Ft. Huachuca-led CS test teams. This solution achieved Interoperability (IO)certification from the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) This product/solution must be implemented only in the configuration that was tested and approved. To ensure an acceptable level of risk for each site's Authorizing Official (AO) / Designated Accrediting Authority (DAA), please utilize this solution's deployment guide and refer to the Conditions of Fielding (CoF) as depicted within the Cybersecurity Assessment DISA Memo, IE, DoDIN APL Approval Memo, T-Metrics Inc. TM-2000 CAS Rel. 6.0 TN 1705802, 10 August 2020 Report (CAR). The CAR is includedin the Cybersecurity Assessment Package (CAP) and may be requested by a government civilian or uniformed military personnelfrom the Approved Products Certification Office (APCO) via a digitally signed email.
