Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential future needs including small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma will soon be soliciting for a project to repair multiple HVAC systems on the Tulsa ANG main base.� Work consists of HVAC Controls, replacement of 3 AHU�s, 2 Condensing Units and Pump Replacement.� There is optional work for valve replacement on 70 VAV�s. We are currently issuing a sources sought to gauge both small business and overall industry capability and interest. The small business standard is $19M for NAICS�238220 The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 Please complete and return attached sources sought form and advise your capabilities in terms of the information provided. The project location is 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115 Include the following in the subject line - ""Sources sought 138 FW Basewide HVAC Repairs"" no facsimilie responses will be honored. Information shall be provided via email to 138.FW.MSC@us.af.mil In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for sufficient competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
