Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract. �This requirement will be solicited as other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 12 �Commercial Items�, and FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures�. �The Sole Source Justification is attached in the solicitation.
