Description

This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.� No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The scope of work includes the construction of an aircraft parking apron for 18 small aircraft and two large aircraft with entrance taxiways connection to Basa Air Base Taxiway.� Connecting taxiways may require modification of existing surfaces and utilities/lighting to meet United States requirements.� The project also includes supporting facilities of stormwater management, apron edge lighting, fire protection, and vehicular roadways. The estimated cost is between $25 million and $100 million. Interested sources having the capability to perform this work are invited to submit a completed Questionnaire (Attachment 1) and Experience Questionnaire (Attachment 2), limited to ten (10) single-sided, 8.5�x11� pages and 10-point font or larger. Submit qualifications using the attached forms by electronic mail to jenifer.m.buck.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 17 April 2023 at 2:00 PM HST.� Complete information must be submitted as the Government will not contact the concern for clarification of information.� This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government.� The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for the requested information.� The Government will not provide a debriefing on the results of this survey.� All information will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purposes intended.� NO TELEPHONE CALLS OR FACSIMILES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Responses received after the deadline or without the required information will not be considered. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement only, evaluation letters will be not be issued to any respondent.
