Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25623Q0532. 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 (effective 03/16/2023). 4. This requirement is issued unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 513210 with a size standard of $41.5M. 5. Place of Performance: Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks 1100 N College Avenue Warehouse Building # 8 Fayetteville, AR 72703 6. The delivery will be 30 days After Receipt of Offer (ARO). 7. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Mari Gibson (Contract Specialist) at mari.gibson@va.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time on 04/05/2023. 8.
