Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the close date of this solicitation notice and to correct model number for the outdoor unit. The close date for this RFQ has been extended to Monday April 10, 2023 at 10:00am eastern time. Quotes are required to be sent to Lakeisiha.Davenport@va.gov. Failure to submit quotes after the close date may result in the Government s inability to consider quotes for award. Please see the attached information regarding Amendment 0002. SF 50 Amendment is included in Attachment A. Revised Solicitation Attachment B. Includes Corrected model #Outdoor C/U H/T 1.1HP MULTIREF 208/230 MDL# TEZA011H8HT3DB Amendment 0002 must be acknowledged in writing along with the attached SF30 and quote response.
