Description

The purpose of Amendment A0003 is to address the following: Change the Contract Specialist from Andrew Cranford to Taylor Kanthack (Taylor.Kathack@ihs.gov). Contracting Officer remains Jenny Scroggins (Jenny.Scroggins@ihs.gov) Provide for the questions and answers received to date (Amendment A0003 � RFI Responses (5 pages)). Provide the site visit sign in sheet (1 page). Provide an updated full solicitation reflecting the following changes (PDF title, ""75H70123R00027 Solicitation Amend A0003 (03-29-2023)"") The proposal due date remains unchanged as proposals are due by 5:00PM PDT on 27 April 2023. An updated 1442 has been included in this amendment (2 pages) and also provided in the full revised solicitation. Pursuant to provision L.10. Inquiries in Section L, offerors may submit questions up to 7 [calendar] days prior to the proposal receipt date; therefore, questions have been extended to Friday 21 April 2023. Inquiries or questions received after this date will be answered at the Governments discretion. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of any and all amendments by number and all amendments by number and date on their cover letter in their offeror or by submitting a signed copy of the SF30. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
