****Amendment 0002 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0016 has been posted to SAM 27 March 2023 to make the following changes: 1. Solicitation closing date is extended from 28 March 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time to 28 April 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time. 2. Please refer to the contents of�Amendment 0002 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0016 for a full list of the administrative updates and corrections. 3.�Except as provided herein all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ****Amendment 0001 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0016 has been posted to SAM 23 February 2023 to make the following change: 1. Solicitation closing date is extended from 28 February 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time to 28 March 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time. 2. Please refer to the contents of�Amendment 0001 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0016 for a full list of the administrative updates and corrections. 3.�Except as provided herein all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Under the authority of 10 U.S. Code � 4022, Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects, the United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Sole Source hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE Code: 04939, for Vehicle Protection System (VPS) Base Kits (VBK), and support services on an other than full and open competition basis. This solicitation is intended to result in a single five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The proposed contract is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Corporation.
