Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Facilitation & Design Support to Finalize the FY23 OCIO Customer Commitments & Visualizations 1. OBJECTIVE/REQUIRMENTS The NASA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking technical analysis and communications support for the FY 23 Customer Commitments supported by the NASA IT Strategy and COIO Portfolio. OCIO will provide the following in support: � OCIO developed initial priorities for each focus area and compiled in a Customer Commitment spreadsheet � OCIO developed ppt images of the Customer Commitments 2. SCOPE The contractor shall perform the following duties: � Refine the descriptions/overview, product delivery/outcome, value proposition/benefits to NASA & stakeholders for each strategic portfolio identified within the Customer Commitment Spreadsheet for FY23+ by interviewing identified key team members and translating IT summaries into customer centric summaries. � Work with key team members to develop the timeline/roadmap for implementing on the identified customer commitments from customer centric perspective. � Summarize focus areas analysis into a visual representation of FY23 OCIO Customer Commitment priorities which will allow for future development into FY24 and beyond 3. ASSUMPTIONS Not applicable. 4. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Virtually as involves many parties across the Agency (leverage Microsoft Teams) 5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance shall be begin upon award and shall not exceed 5/12/2023.
