Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the close date of this solicitation notice and to add site visit information. The close date for this RFQ has been extended to Thursday April 6, 2023 at 10:00am eastern time. Quotes are required to be sent to Lakeisiha.Davenport@va.gov. Failure to submit quotes after the close date may result in the Government s inability to consider quotes for award. Please see the attached information regarding Amendment 0001. SF 50 Amendment is included in Attachment A. Site Visit Information is included in Attachment B. Amendment 0001 must be acknowledged in writing along with the attached SF30 and quote response. Failure to submit the required signed amendment may result in the government s inability to accept your quote. No further questions will be accepted for this solicitation notice.
