Description: This is a proposal to establish a year-round Mission Language Program (MLP) for English or Arabic for Locally Employed (LE) Staff.� The MLP for Mission Saudi Arabia will support language proficiency improvement among LE Staff in the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh and YAU as well the U.S. Consulates in Jeddah and Dhahran.� This aims to further enhance staff communication and overall fluency in English or Arabic and enrich our ability to achieve Mission�s objective.
