Description

The Mission and Installation Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Immixtechnology Inc, McLean VA, for Finalist Mainframe Software Renewal under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only One Source is capable of providing the supplies required at the level of quality required because the supplies are unique or highly specialized. The vendor must be able to provide the Finalist Mainframe Software Maintenance renewal. Market research has demonstrated that Immixtechology, Inc is the only responsible source able to meet the government's requirement for the specfied software.� This is not a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) and NO SOLOCITATION IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by 9:00AM EST 27 March 2023.� Responses to this post must be in writing and submitted to timothy.d.pike.civ@army.mil.� A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the goverment. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) @www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.11
