Description

FMCSA issued a direct sole-source follow-on task order to TechAnax LLC on March 21, 2023. A sole source follow-on task order� is required to ensure continuity of operations for the Commercial Driver�s License Information System (CDLIS) Gateway. The award was made under the Department of Transportation (DOT) Software Engineering Support (SWES) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which is designated as a mandatory use vehicle. The task order �includes a 12-month base period �and two 12-month option periods. The services required include, but are not limited to, TechAnax LLC providing�contractor support for the Commercial Driver�s License Information System (CDLIS) Gateway. CDLIS - Gateway is the clearinghouse for Commercial Driver License (CDL) information collected by all states and provides a gateway for enforcement users to access CDL data. CDLIS Gateway was developed to provide authorized FMCSA users with access to CDLIS.� A limited source justification (see attached) is posted with this notice in accordance with FAR 8-405-6 Limiting Sources.� �The Contracting Officer has made a separate determination that awarding a direct sole-source award to TechAnax is in the best interest of the Government.�
