THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential firms for market research purposes and to determine available socio-economic groups the requirement may be competed under. Naval Facilities Engineering System Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic, Public Works Department (PWD) Great Lakes is seeking an eligible business with the expertise in the managing, operating, altering, repairing, replacing, testing and maintenance of vertical transportation equipment.� The contract term will be a base period plus (4) four 12-month (one year) option periods. Interested business entities are encouraged to respond to this source sought by submitting a completed Sources Sought Questionnaire. The NAICS code applicable to this type of work will be 238290 � Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $22 million. Product service code S216 � Housekeeping Facilities Operation Support. Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
