Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) � Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to NIMCO, LLC. The business will provide the Red Ribbon Campaign 2023 merchandise. These items display anti-drug messages that include the theme of ""Be Kind To Your Mind�"" Items include, but are not limited to: Educational items such as posters, anti-drug commitment cards, t-shirts, wrist bands, stickers, balloons, back sacks, etc. These products are intended to provide outreach, education, intervention, and prevention for anti-drug messaging in direct support of the National Family Partnership's Red Ribbon Week Campaign. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Interested parties must be able to print and must be authorized under licensing agreements to print the Red Ribbon Campaign 2023 theme, ""Be Kind To Your Mind�"" Information is to be submitted to A1C Tyler Beans at tyler.beans@us.af.mil. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 27 March 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
