- Introduction: � This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This sources sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government is not at this time seeking proposals. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The sources sought responses are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or costs incurred in response to this sources sought; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement, if any. Background: �The CDC Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management (OSSAM) and the WorkLife Wellness Office (WWO) work to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for CDC employees. WWO promotes a culture that improves the health and well-being of workers by integrating effective policies, programs, and processes accessible to all employees to sustain and improve performance, increase readiness, and support healthy choices and behaviors. Dedicated to helping CDC employees find their path to wellness, WWO has adopted the Eight Dimensions of Wellness to help employees choose how to make wellness an everyday part of their lives. The Eight Dimensions of Wellness are � Emotional: coping effectively with life and creating satisfying relationships; Environmental: occupying pleasant, stimulating environments that support Financial: satisfaction with current and future financial situations; Intellectual: recognizing creative abilities and finding ways to expand knowledge and skills; Occupational: personal satisfaction and enrichment from one�s work; Physical: recognizing the need for physical activity, healthy foods, and sleep; Social: developing a sense of connection, belonging, and a well-developed support system; and Spiritual: expanding a sense of purpose and meaning in life. A focus on these dimensions of wellness honors WWO�s vision: A CDC community living and working well to inspire a healthier lifestyle. Purpose and Objectives: �CDC is looking for available vendors to provide subscription-based licenses for access to a commercially available digital, mental health mobile application with mindfulness and meditation features that specifically fit the needs of government employees. Its purpose should be to improve the psychological well-being of federal employees by providing links to physical activities, stress-reduction interventions, mindfulness-based self-help interventions, and guided meditation � all with the objective of building qualities that lead to greater health, well-being and resilience, and a stronger resistance to stress among CDC employees. Mobile Application Capabilities: Provide all labor and materials to meet the outcomes and objectives of this effort. The NAICS code is 541549 - Other Computer Related Services. Provide a digital application that meets Section 508 standards, is accessible on iOS and Android platforms, and has the following features and capabilities: A web-domain whitelisting capability (@cdc.gov) to easily allow new registrants to gain access to the enterprise subscription. An administrative dashboard that is used to manage enterprise subscriptions and that highlights employee usage of the application. Aggregate reporting on usage. Meditation and mindfulness content that is updated weekly. Provide webinars. Customer Management Capabilities: Provide a kick-off launch of the application at least one (1) month after contract award. Provide a customer engagement manager to assist WWO with managing data. Complete quality assurance and performance improvement processes on an ongoing basis. Prepare monthly performance/status reports. Participate in monthly performance evaluation meetings with WWO. Prepare plans in support of performance requirements. Prepare a quality assurance and performance improvement/quality control plan. Provide support for meetings, video/teleconferences with WWO. Other Important Considerations: � Must be FedRAMP approved if using cloud-based solutions (see How to Become FedRAMP Authorized | FedRAMP.gov) . Similar experience supporting employees of large organizations. Personnel must be trained and licensed and have the expertise to meet the outcomes and objectives of this effort. �Must have a mechanism to provide technical support 24/7. � Anticipated Period of Performance: �The period of performance shall be up to 12 months from the contract award date. The performance period shall consist of a one (1) year base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Capability Statement/Information Sought: �Interested parties believing that they possess the expertise and experience to meet the Government's needs described above are invited to submit a capability statement with their technical and management capabilities addressing the requirements. Note:� If the Offeror does not have any experience, please provide detail as to how the Offeror proposes to accomplish the objectives. Information Submission Instructions: �Please include a cover page with the following business information: UEI number and CAGE Code as registered in sam.gov. Company name. Company address. Current existing contracts, such as GSA schedules, appropriate to this Sources Sought Notice. Business size classification (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc.) relative to the NAICS code 541549 size standard. Point of contact, phone and email address of individuals who can verify demonstrated capabilities in response to this Notice. Small Business Administration Business Opportunity Specialist (name, email address, phone number) if applicable. Page Limitation: �Capability Statements shall be limited to 10 pages, including the cover page. Pages shall be formatted as follows: 8 � x 11, 12 pitch, Times New Roman font with 1� margins. Response Due Date:� Submit Capability Statements via email to Sheenum Gupta at pyx9@cdc.gov. Responses must be submitted no later than 2:00PM ET on March 30, 2023 No late responses will be accepted. The Government will not return Capability Statements received. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in the response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain any questions or phone calls.
