Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to iCAD Inc., 98 Spit Brook Road, Suite 100, Nashua, NH 03062.� The company shall provide preventative maintenance and repair services, calibration, on-site support field service, critical updates, and functionality to Application Software for proprietary iCAD diagnostic marking system for mammography images to the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide the�software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within four (4) days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.��
