Description: The Louisville District intends to enter into a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a new sole-source procurement for a service contract with Hart County Sheriff�s Office for Law Enforcement Services at Nolin River Lake.� Hart County Sheriff�s Office is the only source that has jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the state of Kentucky and Hart County on the public lands, waters, roads administered by the USACE at Nolin River Lake. More details provided in the attached Justification and Approval Document. This is a Notice of Intent and NOT a solicitation, proposals will not be accepted.
