BACKGROUND The mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Spinal Cord Injuries/Dysfunction (SCI/D) National Program Office is to provide the best specialized care for our SCI/D Veterans that are geographically dispersed nationally through a system of VA Medical Center (VAMC) Hubs and Spokes that feed SCI/D Veterans from the spoke sites into the hubs which are the nexus of the specialty providers. The uniqueness of this setup presents challenges in the way of the great geographic distances between sites, and the SCI/D Veterans involved have complications related to traveling outside the home many times. To meet operational goals, VA is seeking a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution to address a broad range of clinical and Veteran needs. A comprehensive RPM solution will allow VA SCI/D providers to compliment traditional care with this virtual modality, providing early interventions and prevention of poorer outcomes. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS VA requires all-inclusive RPM solution that encompasses the software/subscriptions, hardware, training and management of the solution. The software as a Service (SaaS) Brand Name Global Telehealth Services (GTS) VirtualHealth RPM software tool along with the brand name hardware BodiMetrics CIRCUL Plus ring hardware that interoperates with Global Telehealth RPM tool is a comprehensive RPM solution that will allow for continuity of care, no matter where the SCI/D Veteran currently resides. This unique tool will allow for a variety of care options that will enable providers to consider a vast number of options in the Veterans treatment plan. The contractor shall provide all labor, software/subscriptions and hardware necessary to provide the RPM Solution that consists of Brand Name GTS VirtualHealth software including licenses/subscriptions, maintenance, support and training. The contractor shall also provide CIRCUL Plus ring hardware on demand and delivered to specific locations identified by the VA. The contractor shall ensure the hardware is functional with the GTS VirtualHealth RPM software. Due to moderate Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) approval requirement, the Contractor shall operate with Veteran-owned data (home to VA), as well as VA-owned data (VA to VA). This allows the brand name GTS VirtualHealth RPM tool to be installed on a VA computer in a remote CBOC or clinic, while allowing an additional option in the treatment of SCI/D Veterans in the VA SCI/D System of Care. There is no other information available at this time. Potential Sources shall provide their Capability Statement and it must be clear, concise, and complete.
