Description: The purpose of the project is to repair the eroded lagoon wall or clay liner, replace with a geomembrane liner, and install a leak detection system in the Wastewater� Lagoon 1. This project is a design-build contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for� completing a 100% design. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the construction�of the approved design as described herein. The 100% design shall be approved by the Government prior to the beginning of construction.
