Description
GSA Public Buildings Service - U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Renew Office Space in Mount Laurel, New Jersey General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Mount Laurel Delineated Area: Point of Beginning: Intersection of State Route 41 and South Haddon Avenue. Heading east on South Haddon Avenue which becomes Ellis Street which becomes Kresson Road, continue east until the intersection with Tomlinson Mill Road. Head north on Tomlinson Mill Road to the intersection of South Elmwood Road. Heading east on South Elmwood Road which becomes North Elmwood Road which becomes Mount Laurel Road until intersection with State Route 38. Head west on State Route 38 to intersection with State Route 41. Head south on State Route 41 to Point of Beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,866 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,152 Space Type: Office Full Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: 1.� 76 secure, surface parking spaces 2.� Sallyport 3.��1st floor and contiguous space 4.� Shall not be located adjacent to, in close proximity and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail establishments. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain). The U.S. Government occupies office space in a building under a lease in Mount Laurel, New Jersey that will be expiring. The government has determined that it is advantageous to exercise a 5-year renewal option in the current lease. The government will consider alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
