- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Copper Cables in accordance with the Statement of Work in Section C of the attached solicitation N6660423Q0157. In accordance with FAR 5.203(c) this soliciation is open for at least 30 days. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N6660423Q0157. For pricing purposes, the anticipated award date of this contract is 1 July 2023, and the total Ordering Period of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be five (5) years from date of award. This requirement is being solicited to full and open competition, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Applicable Documents are available upon request. Requests may be made via SAM.gov or via email to the Primary Point of Contact as listed on this solicitation. ALL REQUESTS VIA SAM.GOV MUST BE FOLLOWED UP BY AN EMAIL TOTHE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT AS LISTED ON THIS SOLICITATION. Vendors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive access to CUI documents, and documents can only be released to the JCP Point of Contact (POC). All requests for documents must either be sent by the JCP POC, or include the name and email of the vendor�s JCP POC. Once the vendor�s JCP POC is verified in JCP, documents will either be unlocked for the JCP POC to access in SAM, or will be sent to the JCP POC via DOD SAFE, as applicable.
