Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� SYNOPSIS:� The Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services - East Zone has a requirement for Janitorial & Grounds/Lawn Maintenance Services to be performed for the USDA Forest Service, Roan Mountain Recreation Area & Poplar Boat Launch Site located in the Appalachian Ranger District of the Pisgah National Forest (Mitchell County).� A 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is being sought with a start date of May 1, 2023. SOLICITATION:� See attached solicitation 12444123Q0031 and attachments. Offeror must be registered and active on the SAM.gov database at time of quote submittal. Attachments included with this solicitation include: �Attachment 1 � Statement of Work; Attachment 2 � Schedule of Items; Attachment 3 - Sample June Calendar Roan Mountain; Attachment 4 - Relevant Experience /Past Performance Questionnaire; and Attachment 5 � Wage Determination 2015-4417 Rev21. The Government will consider quotes received no later than 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time, March 30, 2023.� Quotes are to be e-mailed to aldora.dabbs@usda.gov.
