1.0�� GENERAL INFORMATION � The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is financing solutions to the most critical challenges facing the developing world today. Working with businesses, we mobilize private capital to invest in projects that create jobs and opportunities in emerging markets, including building critical infrastructure, expanding access to telecommunications, and providing small business financing for women entrepreneurs. Launched in 2019, DFC helps to advance America's foreign policy by partnering with projects that create economic stability, protect sovereignty, and ensure transparency. DFC investments adhere to high U.S. business standards and respect the environment, human rights, and worker rights. 2.0�� BACKGROUND DFC mobilizes the private sector. DFC finds gaps in capital markets and closes them. We enable compelling development projects by mobilizing private capital to drive real impact. DFC is committed to maximizing and measuring global development. DFC guides measurable developmental impact through a rigorous, best-in-class screening and diligence process. The agency then works with public and private sector partners to monitor and evaluate each project's influence over its life, to inform and improve our evaluation processes. DFC�s Chief Operating Officer (COO) requires a contractor to source, structure, and potentially vet transactions in Latin America. The contractor shall aid and advise DFC in the specific work areas in the proceeding paragraphs. DFC is preparing to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Latin America Investment Advisors. 3.0�� SCOPE DFC requires the contractor to assist in sourcing, structuring, and potentially vetting transactions across its product offering � from direct equity to loans, guarantees, political risk insurance, and technical assistance. The contractor shall provide uniquely experienced and qualified candidates for the Investment Advisor Position who are native to the region and have robust networks with local businesses. The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise, consulting, and professional services. EVALUATION FACTORS The following factors shall be used to evaluate Quotes: Technical Capabilities Capability and Experience of Key Personnel Project Management and Corporate Support Capability Past Performance Price *Please see attachement for more details.*
