Description

Synopsis Three (3) Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants for the ER Dept. at NNMC The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for Three (3) Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners for the ED West Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for 12 continuous months starting from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2022 � 01/09/2023). The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1460880 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by March 6, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by March 17, 2023.� The acquisition will be a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
