Description

The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a GSA order to a Schedule Contractor (TBD) to provide Brand Name Keysight Technologies Performance Network Analyzer upgrades. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial GSA order with some open market items valued at over $25K. Brand name limiting of sources for this acquisition is implemented by 8.405-6(b). This requirement is supported by an approved FAR Part 8 Limited Sources Justification. Open Market Items will be evaluated in accordance with 8.402(f). It is the Government's intent to proceed with this brand name GSA schedule action with open market items valued over $25K. The applicable NAICS code is 334513. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 750 employees. The anticipated award date is 15 March 2023. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement via GSA is in the best interest of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes.
