Description

1. The solicitation is now posted. 2. The U.S. Department of Agriculture�s Forest Service (USDA FS) Region 6 requires Road�Maintenance Services for the Colville, Gifford Pinchot, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie,�Okanogan-Wenatchee, and Olympic National Forests.�The USDA FS roads provide access to and within national forests and other federal lands�managed by various forest programs. The majority of roads are gravel and in varying�stages of condition.�The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide performance-based�road maintenance services as outlined in Paragraph J.1 Attachment 3 � Road�Maintenance Specifications. For all awarded BPA Calls, the company shall furnish the�necessary personnel, material, equipment, indirect/direct costs to perform the Statement�of Work/Specifications required by each BPA Call�s solicitation. The Contractor shall�assume all risk, loss, damage or expense arising out of the prosecution of the work,�except as otherwise provided by the government.�The USDA FS intends to award no more than fifteen to twenty-five (15-25) BPAs to cover�all forests� road maintenance requirements. The base BPA will include all administrative�clauses, provisions, terms, and conditions that will apply to each BPA Call as awarded by�the CO.� 3.
