Description

In support of the U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI), U.S. Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (OEA), and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (USACE-HNC), has a requirement to acquire usage of an online subscription service to assist with their commitment to employing an enterprise-wide approach to initiate, execute and manage large-scale renewable energy projects on the U.S. Army installations and U.S. Air Force sites worldwide. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville (CEHNC) is issuing this request for information announcement in order to perform market research primarily to determine if firms possess the ability to execute the requirement for an anticipated formal solicitation. This sources sought announcement is not a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Therefore, we request that you provide a capability statement in response to this requirement for consideration of this action. This RFI does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any preparation costs.
