Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 13, 2023 to REPLACE ROOF BUILDING 76 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-19-605 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to remove the existing natural slate shingles and replace with an approved synthetic slate product, install a new electrical ice melt system as specified and shown on the construction documents for building 76 which is the main hospital building at the VA Medical Center located in Bath, New York. Unless otherwise directed by the COR, work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. The NAICS code is 238160. The small business standard is $19.0 M. The cost range is $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
