- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes for W912PM23Q0015. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �This will be set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation number is W912PM23Q0015, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721211 with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 Effective December 1, 2022. Description of Requirements: Description of each requirement is located within the Specific Park Position Work Statement (PWS). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requests quotes for Park/Gate Attendant Services, for the following locations: ?�� �John H. Kerr Dam and Reservoir in Boydton, VA ?�� �W. Kerr Scott Dam and Reservoir in Wilkesboro, NC There will be only one award per park, there will be fifteen separate awards in total. These will all be made from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting purchase order issued from this request will be for one base period unless otherwise stated. Issuance of purchase orders will be made in the order which is most advantageous to the Government. Only one offer will be made by the Government per Specific Park Location (15 total). In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(j), each prospective awardee shall be registered and be active in the SAM database prior to award. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
