Description

This is a NOTICE OF JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The National Hansen's Disease Program has issued a modification to University of Puerto Rico - Medical Science Campus contract number HHSH258201800012C to extend the existing contract by 6 months according to FAR 52.217-8. This modification will ensure continued, uninterrupted care for outpatient Hansen's Disease (leprosy) patients in the San Juan, PR�area. Services include diagnosing, screening, outpatient treatment, case management, coordination with health care specialists, medication management and follow-up care.
