- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50223Q00000010 for the provision of Quarterly Bread Items.� The Government intends to make a single award for this provision.� The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 311812.� This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.� Bread Items are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705.� Estimated delivery dates will be April 17, 2023 thru June 30, 2023.� The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only.� The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work.� The solicitation will be available on or about February 23, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. �All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� �Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.� The website for registration is www.sam.gov.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about�� �March 16, 2023. �The solicitation is unrestricted.� Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� All responsible small and large businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
