Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of The Program Manager for Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for eTALIN II 6000 Inertial Navigation Units (INU) to Honeywell International Inc. 13350 US Highway 19 North Clearwater, FL 33764- 7290. The Justification & Approval (J&A) addresses substantial duplication of cost and unacceptable delays to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
