- RLP Procurement Summary��������������������������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT - 9OH2416 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Ohio City:�Multiple Cities in the Brecksville area (See Delineated Area). Delineated Area: North: I-480 / I-77 / Granger Rd / Warner Rd / Miles Ave / Northfield Rd /I-480/I-422 East: Route 306 South: Route 303 West: Route 42 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,500 ABOA SF (see breakout of office / warehouse space in �Additional Requirements� section below) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,185 ABOA SF Space Type:�Office, Warehouse, Flex, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total):�17 Reserved Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface):�17 Reserved Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�17 Reserved Surface Spaces Full Term:�15 Years Firm Term:�10 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Space will be comprised of the following: Office: 5,900 � 6,285 ABOA SF Warehouse: 4,600 � 4,900 ABOA SF Ground floor space is required. In addition to the square footage requirement above, a 10,000 - 20,000 SF fenced wareyard is required to be either adjacent to the office/warehouse space or directly across the street. The fence shall be a 7 ft high chain link fence with barbed wire. The warehouse must be able to accommodate a total of three (3) bay 12� x 12� doors. The warehouse must be temperature controlled (heated and cooled) in accordance with the requirements of draft Lease paragraph 6.05. The ceiling height for the warehouse space must be a minimum of 15 feet A secured, fenced manifested dumpster for hazardous waste will be required and is to be located next to the wareyard. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
