****Amendment 0002*****� PROJECT: Wolf Creek Power Plant Generator Stepup Unit (GSU) Transformer Replacement, Jamestown PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date from 8 March 2023 at 1:00 pm CT to 16 March 2023 at 1:00pm CT. 2. Include the prospective Offerors Questions and Government Answers from ProjNet. 3. Provide changes to Contract Drawings E201; E202; E601; ED101; ED102; ED103; ED601; G-002; S-103; S-501 4. Add five (5) Attachments: Submittal Register; U.S. Army Jamestown KY Report 43992; Wolf Creek Boring Logs Complete_20180409.Wolf Creek-Cable Tunnel-SPT Boring Map; Wolf Creek Transformer Name Plates (Data Plate) associated w ith the current units. 5. Under Instructions - Volume I Factor II Technical Approach increased the authorized page limit. 6. Updated FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alternations in Solicitation; FAR Clause 52.211-12, Liquidated Damages Construction; and DFARSClause 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications. 7. Wage Determination remains unchanged from Amendment 0001.� ****Amendment 0001 ****** PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Extend the proposal due date from 06 February 2023 at 1:00pm Central Time to 08 March 2023 at 1:00pm Central Time. b. Provide the Site Visit Sign-in Sheet, Virtual Pre-Proposal Attendance Sheet, and Pre-Proposal Power Point slides c. Update the Wage Determination in Section 01 00 00. d. Update FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation. PROJECT: Wolf Creek Pow er Plant Generator Step-up Unit (GSU) Transformer Replacement, Jamestown. This solicitation is to award one (1) construction contract for the Wolf Creek Power Plant Generator Step-up Unit (GSU) Transformer Replacement Project near Jamestown, Kentucky. The scope of this requirement is for the design, construction, delivery, and installation of three (3), three phase 13.2/161kV main GSU power transformers to replace the existing ten (10) single-phase GSU transformers at the Wolf Creek Power Plant.
