Description

The U.S. Government is currently finalizing responses to the Battle Command Training Equipment (BCTE)�draft solicitation questions received on 25 January 2023. The Government will provide all responses�with the final solicitation that will be released late 2?? QTR (March 2023). Based on security�questions/feedback received during the 14 February 2023 PALT session, the Government is providing�responses to security related questions to assist industry. Security related questions and answers were previously posted on 16 February 2023. However, the below question and answer was missed.� Q. The draft solicitation states CMMC certification required, however, it does not list the required certification for this solicitation.�DFARS 252.204-7021 is included in the solicitation. Additionally, the IDIQ nor the TO PWS provide the required CMMC certification. The DoD has not finalized the rules on CMMC 2.0 as of yet. Can the Government clarify the certification requirement for this solicitation? A. Clause 252.204-7021 is being removed from the solicitation. CMMC certification is not required. Thank you for your interest in BCTE. Additional information will be provided with the final�solicitation.�Please monitor sam.gov for future updates.�
