Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Contractor to provide all construction services for a 12,000 SF facility for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Bldg.3659 Composites Engineering Innovation Center (CEIC) project at Crane, Indiana. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: The Facility Related Control System (FRCS) selected for use on NSWC Crane Bldg.3659 CEIC project at NSWC Crane, Indiana is manufactured by Distech Controls. The product is a part of Distech�s Controls ECB product line. This is required for all projects at NSWC Crane, IN that provide programmable building controls and those that must be interfaced with the Crane Energy Management Control System (EMCS).
