Description

This is� a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if its determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements. The Defense Health Agency intends to award on a sole source basis a firm fixed price Purchase Order to Hologic, Inc. for the preventive maintenance and service of Government-owned Hologic, Inc. medical equipment devices. The period of performace is a Base Period April 5, 2023 through April 4, 2022 and one Option Period April 5, 2024 through April 4, 2025.
