- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement for the purchase of various types of building supplies, hardware, painting supplies, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling supplies, safety PPE and miscellaneous materials on an �As Needed Basis� for the Quarter Maintenance Department at Four Corners Regional Health Center in Red Mesa, Arizona.� The period of performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the Date of Award. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work/Commercial Specifications, past performance, and price.� Questions may be submitted in writing via email no later than February 27, 2023. Quotes will be due on or before the closing date of the solicitation.� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote. *There is no SF 1449 attached as the total estimated value is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
