- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires seven (7) each stainless shelving units for the freezer and chill box aboard NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00662 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� One (1) Each 40�*24�*75� Rack CLIN 2:� One (1) Each 45�*24�*60� Rack CLIN 3:� One (1) Each 125�*24�*75� Rack CLIN 4:� One (1) Each 132�*18�*75� Rack CLIN 5:� One (1) Each 95�*18�*75� Rack CLIN 6:� One (1) Each 130�*20.5�*75� Rack CLIN 7:� One (1) Each 41�*20.5�*75� Rack (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLINs 1 - 7 per the attached statement of need.
