Description: The purpose of this �Amendment 02� to this combined synopsis/solicitation is to include following changes in the attached updated solicitation �Amd_02_N0060423Q4021_Combined_Synopsis_Solicitation� : (1)- In the SOW Section 3.18 revise the quantity of custom fitted aluminum benches and back rest from One (1) to Six (6); (2)- Update the Price Matrix to reflect this change, and (3) removed �Attachment 03 Price Matrix� and added �Attachment 03- AMD_02_Price_Matrix� to reflect the changes made in (2) above. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
