Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center,�700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, intends to issue�solicitation 15B21723Q00000014 for the acquisition of commercial items. The Facilities Department requires replacement of existing rear gate service slider.�This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing and a total small business set-aside.�Interested parties are instructed to read and abide by the instruction materials in the attachments regarding method of submitting quotes/bids. Award shall be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, although the Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered the most advantageous to the Government.�Questions to this solicitation shall be submitted Mr. Brian Virgillo @ bvirgillo@bop.gov cc: to aaponteberrios@bop.gov no later than March 10, 2023 at 4:00 pm EST.� Refer to the attached Solicitation Itinerary for dates and deadline of events.
