Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 36C24723Q0332 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business Size Standard of $12.5 million. Line Item 0001 is being considered for this requirement. See Scope and SOW attached to this RFQ for detailed description of the Cleaver-Brooks processor upgrades requested. No options are included. FOB destination with upgrade to be completed at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404. Sole Source is intended. See attached Justification and Approval for details. See attached RFQ for applicability, requirements, addenda, and details regarding FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and all additional clauses and provisions.
