Description

*Please note this is a follow-up to Special Notice HT940823Q0006* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is HT9408-23-Q-0006. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� Provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 are incorporated.� It is the Quoter�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses. The provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at Acquisition.gov (https://www.acquisition.gov/content/regulations). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size of $34.0 (size standards in millions of dollars).� The warranty requirement will be fulfilled by Advanced Sterilization Products Services, Inc IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) & FAR 12.603. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Southern Market Contracting Division (SMCD) is issuing this RFQ on behalf of the Naval Hospital Pensacola, Fl. This warranty requirement is to renew (2) manufacturer ST100NX unit warranty coverages.
