This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 (effective 12/30/2022). This competitive solicitation is being issued as Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). Quotes may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify active registration status. The MEDVAMC is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with the installation, training and full setup/configuration of 7555DVS X-Ray Inspection System.
